Purchasing our icon collections is secure and easy. Simply follow the steps below.
All purchases are made through our reseller cleverbridge AG, a company specializing in e-commerce.

As a corporate client, you can place a purchase order with our reseller, cleverbridge. Unfortunately, purchase orders from private customers cannot be accepted. Please send your official order on company letterhead and include the following information:
- The product name and the specific product ID
- The quantity you wish to order
- The name the product license will be issued to
- Your billing address and your delivery address, if different
- Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order
- The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different
- Your requested billing currency
Purchase orders should be sent by mail or fax to the cleverbride Customer Service center listed in the Help Section above.
If you have purchased one or more of the version 1.x X-Collections, you are eligible for an update to the version 2.0 X-Collections. The price of the update depends on the original purchase date:
- Before July 1, 2005: The update price for a single collection is 29 US$. The update price for the six collections bundle is 89 US$. You should have received an email with instructions on how to receive the discount. If not please send an email with the purchase id(s) of you version 1.x X-Collections to support@iconexperience.com.
- On or after July 1, 2005: The update is free of charge. You should have received an email containing a download link. If not please send an email with the purchase id(s) of your version 1.x icon collections to support@iconexperience.com.
Customers who have already licensed one or two collections can upgrade to the six collections bundle with a discount of the amount they previously paid. Please contact us at support@iconexperience.com for details.
